HPRP
Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing is designed to Homelessness Prevention prevent individuals and families at risk of homelessness from becoming homeless and to assist persons experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized. HPRP’s intent is to provide temporary financial assistance and/or services to help persons gain housing stability.
In Buffalo and Erie County, we have three different HPRP programs: Buffalo Housing Opportunities Program (BHOP), Erie County Housing/Homeless Outreach Program (ECHO) and Town of Tonawanda Assistance Program (TTAP). For more information regarding HPRP, please contact Kexin Man.
