PRISM is the Homeless Alliance of Western New York’s 10 year plan to attack homelessness in the region.
The publication contains numerous potential solutions to address causes and consequences of homelessness
as well as the rationale behind those solutions

SOOP

The Service Organization Outreach Program (SOOP) is a collection of brochures and posters that provide
basic information about the services available for those in immediate need of basic services. SOOP
publications are intended to be resources for both advocates and those in need of the services. To receive
