With community help and support, The Homeless Alliance of Western New York (HAWNY) has advanced community collaboration and leveraged data intelligence to identify gaps in housing services that inform future funding decisions. We envision a system that is informative, transparent, and proactive, where a longer table is created to expand conversations and develop solutions. Our Continuum of Care (CoC) is made stronger through the participation of members from diverse backgrounds and unique experiences. Membership in our CoC program ensures that we are a community committed to the goal of ending homelessness.
