Each article has been written and reviewed by the HMIS WNY team to make sure it matches our system's current best practices. Since these can shift over time (and memories are always fallible) it's important to reference "the source" of true information as often as possible while you're using HMIS. Remember that your projects' data quality impact the performance scores of the entire WNY service network.
