The Homeless Management Information System requires Agency’s to have willing clients sign this consent form for the purposes of client transparency and the ability to share and maintain information in the system.
This Memorandum of Understanding is used for agency applying for ESSHI units or any subsidized housing similar to ESSHI. A portion of the units must be dedicated to accept clients through CoC’s Coordinated Entry System in order for the CoC to support the project. This is a template MOU that could be signed between the agency and the Homeless Alliance.
In order to receive a letter of support for a permanent housing project the Continuum of Care will follow these guidelines.
